Easy and Fast Operation Steps
Only five steps
1 Collect suspension or digested adherent cells with 3 min, 1000rpm centrifugation.
2 Gently wash the cells with serum-free culture medium and spin again to collect the cells.
3 Resuspend the cells with Celetrix electroporation buffer and DNA and load into an electroporation tube.
4 Adjust the electrical parameters on the Settings menu and place the electroporation tube into the slot and press “GO” to finish.
5 Transfer the cells from the electroporation tube to fresh complete culture medium.
